For sales leaders and executives
Put your team’s time where the business can grow.
Talon AI helps healthcare sales leaders decide territory coverage, rep focus, account priorities and expansion — and see the evidence behind each call.
Your decisions
Four decisions Talon is built to inform.
Talon doesn’t make these calls for you. It puts the accounts, the evidence and the open questions in one place so the call is easier to make and to explain.
Territory coverage
- The decision
- Which territories and account types deserve coverage, and where coverage is thin.
- What Talon shows
- Accounts in each territory that fit what you sell, with location and account type.
- What stays with you
- How you draw territories and staff them.
Rep focus
- The decision
- Where each rep’s field time should go this quarter.
- What Talon shows
- Prioritized account lists and briefs a rep can prepare from.
- What stays with you
- Quotas, routes and coaching.
Account prioritization
- The decision
- Which accounts to work first, and which to verify before investing time.
- What Talon shows
- A fit tier for each account with its reasons, source dates and unknowns.
- What stays with you
- The view of fit your team agrees to use.
Expansion decisions
- The decision
- Whether a new market, product line or account set is worth people and time.
- What Talon shows
- The relevant accounts in that market and how much public evidence exists for them.
- What stays with you
- The investment decision and its timing.
Business development
The same view for business development.
Business-development teams use Talon to decide which new accounts, partners and referral sources to pursue first, and to open those conversations with context instead of a cold list.
- New-account and partner targets ranked by an agreed view of fit
- Briefs with the reasons an account may fit and what to verify
- Shared with sales leadership, so priorities stay aligned
The Talon Growth Triangle. Productivity and growth form the base; revenue and expenses form the sides. Talon works on the base — how your team spends its time. See the Growth Triangle.
Evaluation plan
A practical way to evaluate Talon.
Start with one territory and a bounded set of accounts, judge it against criteria you set, then decide.
Walkthrough
See Talon on a territory you choose, including where the public record is thin.
Agree the scope
Markets, account types, how fit is judged and what a useful result looks like — in writing.
Work the accounts
Your reps use the priorities and briefs on a bounded set of accounts.
Review and decide
Review what helped and what was missing against your criteria, then decide whether to continue.
Evaluation checklist
Questions to settle before an evaluation.
No form to fill in. Use your browser’s print option to take this list into a planning meeting.
- Which territories or markets matter most this quarter?
- Who buys what you sell, and at which kinds of organizations?
- How does your team judge account fit today?
- Which accounts are already being worked, and which are new?
- What would a rep need in a brief to actually use it?
- Who on your team will review the evaluation accounts?
- What would make you continue — or stop?
Questions
Questions sales leaders ask.
What does Talon need from us to get started?
A territory or market you care about, what you sell, and — if you have one — an account list you already work from. The scope is agreed with you before any evaluation.
Does Talon replace our CRM?
No. Talon helps your team decide where to focus and prepare for conversations. How priorities and briefs reach your reps is agreed during onboarding.
Where does the information come from?
Public market, provider and organization records, plus your own data if you choose to share it and we agree how it is handled. Each brief names its sources and dates.
Can it tell my reps who to call?
Briefs list publicly documented roles and where each was found. Talon doesn’t supply private contact data, and who holds decision authority is something your rep confirms.
How do we judge whether it worked?
You define what a useful result looks like during scoping and review it with us at the end of the evaluation. We don’t promise specific results.
What does it cost?
Scope and terms are agreed with each customer after a walkthrough.
